Cancellations made on the day of your scheduled service will result in a $100 fee, which will be added to your next invoice.
New Clients: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the service total will be required before rebooking.
If you reschedule outside of the same week, your rate will adjust based on the new service gap.
Example: Biweekly clients who push to 3 weeks will be charged the 3-week rate.
Skipping to the next cycle? The monthly rate applies.
